Policy
- Course fees are based on training venue, not student residence or billing address.
- All pricing is subject to change without notice.
- All training services may be subject to local tax.
- Private/Customer Dedicated Training Fees: Pricing is based on a class size of twelve students. Instructor's expenses (travel, accommodations and meals), course material and equipment shipping are not included in this on-site training fee and will be billed separately. The instructor's travel arrangements will be handled by TIBCO's Travel Department only. For a class size of more than twelve students, two TIBCO instructors are required to meet quality training standards. In such cases, training fees will be doubled in addition to the expenses of the second instructor.
- Private/Customer Dedicated Training Setup Costs: There is a per hour set-up fee with a minimum of 3 hours each instance to cover the time and expenses associated with set up and configuration with customer- or TIBCO-provided laptop equipment.
- Laptop Rental: Laptop rental is available in the US and in EMEA. For details about rental fees, please contact your regional registrar.
- Virtual Machine Use: Virtual machines are available for a nominal fee. For details about virtual machine use, please contact your regional registrar.
- Payment: Payment must be received ten business days prior to the start of class. Any request that is not accompanied by a form of payment will not be considered. Payment must be in the form of a check, credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard), prepaid training funds, purchase order, or wire transfer.
- Exchange rate for international transactions is based on the weekly average rate for the first week of the current calendar month.
Cancellation Policy
For Technical Learning Centers (TLC)
Customer will be fully charged (100%) if cancellation is NOT received by TIBCO in writing at least ten business days in advance of the training course.
TIBCO reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. TIBCO's sole liability in the event of a class being cancelled is to refund any training fees which have been paid to TIBCO for the cancelled class. You will be notified in advance and another scheduled time will be made available. Training will be considered accepted upon its provision by TIBCO.
For Private/Customer Dedicated Training (On-Site)
Customer will be fully charged (100%) if cancellation is NOT received by TIBCO in writing at least ten business days in advance of the training course. Payment must be received 10 business days prior to the training.
If training is cancelled by TIBCO, then TIBCO will either: (1) - fully refund payment at Customer’s request, or, (2) - reschedule the training at a mutually agreed upon date. TIBCO shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, postponement or unexpected delays in training due to factors or circumstances beyond its control. Training will be considered accepted upon its provision by TIBCO.
OnDemand eLearning
There is no cancellation of an OnDemand Course once the course is launched.
Terms and Conditions
Prepaid Training Account Program
The amount of training purchased must be used within one year from date of purchase or any remaining funds will be forfeited. Prepaid training funds can only be applied toward training offered by TIBCO Educational Services and cannot be used toward expenses. This purchase cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or partner discounts. Prepaid training funds are non-transferable and non-assignable. Prepaid training accounts purchased in AMER and EMEA can be applied globally under agreement.
OnDemand eLearning Subscriptions
Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each course purchased will be valid for 10 days or 10 activations, whichever comes first (does not apply to unlimited access subscriptions).
Virtual Instructor-Led Training
Virtual training registration must be received 3 business days prior to the class start date. Registrations that require international shipping must be received 6 business days prior to the class start date. A $50.00 late fee will apply to domestic or local registrants that register within 2 business days of a class.
Early Bird Cancellation
Early bird registration discounts do not apply to all classes. Early bird registration discounts apply only to specified classes, and they cannot be combined with additional promotional offers or discounts. If a registration is cancelled, the discount is not transferable to classes for which early bird registration is not applicable.
