Session one provided a quick overview on how to get a process from start to finish and passed on to IT. In this session, we will delve into some of the more difficult concepts of process design:

• When and how to use a sub-process
• What to do when you reach decision points in a process

At the end of this session, you will be able to fully design and simulate a complex process.
